Staff friendly, accommodations not great. Recently stayed here with my family, including 3 young kids. You just need to know what you're signing up for. We've stayed at a few extended stays that were fine, but this particular one did not meet standards. Room was dirty- had a stain on one of the pillowcases, towel in the bathroom had visible black shoe outline and the tub was visibly dirty with black marks and mold(could not give my kids a bath in it). Smelled like smoke

The property is in terrible shape, and if it weren’t for the location, it would not have much occupancy. The bathroom is dated and not maintained, and the ventilation system makes it so that you can smell what everyone else is cooking.

Staff is very good. Property is very old and run down - not the staffs fault. Needs a major overhaul.

Well to start, there was a dirty diaper trapped in a tree branch right outside our window, in plain view while shade was open. We needed a quick, dog friendly place for one night. We didn't need an extended stay, but this was very convenient for our route. On the outside, it was clean. On the inside, it is run down and old. Nothing is updated in the room. No usb. My shower flooded the bathroom, and there was construction going on in the room next door, when I complained I was told I was not allowed to stay at the property anymore. I did not act rude or angry I just asked to have the one night refunded as I was unable to shower and woken up early by banging in the room next door during construction.
