Bullet in floor, roaches and blood in bathroom

My room was in desperate need of repairs. The curtain on one side was broken. The cover for tge ceiling light in the kitchen area was about to fall off. There was a stain on my sheet. I did not sleep on the bed because it did not look clean. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Don’t expect the usual quality from Extended Stay When we checked in we were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, you could literally smell it from the hallway, it was disgusting. I walked over to open the window and there was a huge pile of ashes on the windowsill. How did the cleaners not catch this?? One of the points in the 10 point inspection is “windows” so clearly they skipped that point.
