I was ok with the place until I was watching tv one day and I happened to look down and saw a maggot crawling on the floor at that point I was done with this place

The room was not clean. When we walked in it smelled unclean with the smell of stale smoke and BO. The towels had hair in them, there was soap scum stains on the tub, dried toothpaste on the cabinets, we had no linens for the pull out couch and upon asking for them we did not receive pillows because they were out. I was disappointed with our stay. The plus side was that the room was spacious.

Disappointed The space for the room is nice!!! The floors were dirty...about 5 minutes after being in the room the kids socks were disgusting!!! Sink and counters were dirty...sheets were dirty and had some orange sticky stuff on them we had to get more to replace them...we also left and got a mop and disinfectant just to feel clean...would use hotels.com again just not this hotel

Going into the building that we stayed in, there was a flickering flickering light, dirty stairs, puke on the landing. The room only went downhill from there. The bathroom walls around the toilet were stained. There were no dishes in the cupboards, no dish towels or clothes in the kitchen, or napkins. Very disappointing stay, do not recommend! The pull out sofa bed was covered in plastic and no fitted sheets for it. So kids slept plastic. Do not recommend this property at all.
