great location its just a run down place. Roaches crawling on wall, bathroom walls stained, shower trickled... just overall bad

Flea-ridden hotel! filthy hallways, looks like they've never heard of a vacuum. charged $25 pet fee plus $10 cleaning fee just for my dog to get fleas! what is the point of the pet fees if you don't use the money to properly clean the room? oh, that's right ... it's an extra charge that goes directly into your pocket! now I get to spend extra money on flea medicine too! never in 18 years of pet ownership have I had a pet get fleas. we've stayed at so many hotels and never had this issue before. CLEAN YOUR HOTEL.

This property is independently managed and licensed as an Extended Stay. There are no elevators, the halls smell horrible, the rooms are dirty and not stocked with even the essentials (no soap, shampoo, and only 1 toilet paper). The kitchen cabinets were broken and there were no utensils of any kind. Save your time and books somewhere else.

Management sucks and Extended Stay in Yorktown My daughter needed a place to stay with her 5 children and her dog.til she finds an apt. We were told that we could extend daily, weekly or monthly but when I needed to extend her room for Sat june 3, we were told it was booked. We was already booked for Fri 6/3 and Sunday 6/4. I’ve should have known when I called and the lady told me they overbooked our room. The smell in the hallway is so gross , smells like a cat litter box and urine , the beds are very uncomfortable, the toilet seat was not tight, the pull out had stains all over it . The “breakfast included” was a packet of oatmeal and 1 just 1 packet of muffin per guest. I say spend the extra 20 and stay elsewhere.

Don’t Stay Here The building smelled really bad. No towels available. Police had to come because of people were fighting and had guns, didn’t feel safe. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this hotel should be taken off hotels.com
