Miserable nights rest! Beds are horrible. No shampoo or conditioner, soap only. People living in hotel so upper floors you could hear stomping around at 1:00 in the morning. Miserable experience. Never again will we stay in a hotel like this. Only positive, front staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting inside and out. I did not even finish my two night stay there. I left with my children elsewhere for the weekend. It was VERY dirty. I do not even think the towels provided were washed. There were two buses with people living in them in the parking lot. They were blasting music and skateboarding in the parking lot throughout the night and early in the AM. floors in rooms at this chain are not carpeted and you can here footsteps walking or kids running & jumping. This time at 2;30 AM a stroller (with a bad wheel) was being pushed around in circles. Probably had a child that woke up &^ that is how they needed to put back to sleep, If carpeted would not have heard or probably not loud enough to disturb people beneath.

Unbelievable The most unprofessional, and most rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. So much so that I packed my bags within 20 minutes and left. They thought it was funny. It was obsurd and they all looked childish and only made themselves look bad.
