This is a jok , they don’t have shampoo, conditioner, tuthbrush, in the description said brakefast but it is a jok (coffee and crackers) . I asked extra blankets they said that they are limited and can't give me more then one for 4 people. This wasn't a hotel this is a 1 star motel . I regret spending money on this hotel . 2 nights $410 waist of money

They sent us to a room that was not ready. Then, they did not have another room ready so we had to leave for the reason for our stay. Upon our return we were given keys to new room and when we entered we immediately were met with a strong smell of marijuana. Then, we noticed an odor eater placed under the fan. We could not even enter the bathroom the smell was so strong. We went to the lobby and staff told us there were no other rooms and nothing he could do to help us. We were given the manager’s card and told, “good luck”.

Uncomfortable bed and super dirty floor We requested early check in and weren’t able to so that was a bummer but not the end of the world. When we were finally able to check in the clerk asked for a second credit card. He wouldn’t accept the one I paid for the room with which was odd. My husband ended up giving him his card which is the same card just in his name and he accepted it. I still don’t understand that one. Not as pictured or advertised. Extremely dirty, mold in shower, terrible bed

Long term animal stay & drugs I asked for a new room - but none available - i asked for cleaning supplies - cleaned the floor myself - so dirty and red paint on the floor looked like blood. Glue on the table tops. Tape on the ceiling. Water pressure is non existing. This place is a long term stay for animals as well. The smell in the hallway is disgusting - hallways were not vacuumed and dirty.
