I liked the room set up. I didn't like hearing dogs barking in nearby rooms.

Check in was great. Bad smell in the building. Urine smell in stairwell.

First off its not pet friendly there's a separate taxed fee. The microwave nasty with food the bathroom question the stains the second room hair everywhere non refundable and the front desk lady chuckled at my frustration. Not to mention the water damage smell. This place does not fit the Arboretum standards by snotty means

great home away from home stay while i was waiting to close i actually stayed here on a weekly basis for two months. it was a comfortable and easy stay. rooms were always clean, they always had the plates and pans i needed. it really was like home for two months until i closed. didnt have issues with noisy neighbors and i moved rooms every week so not a paper thin wall situation. its good for families. i would stay here again but i dont have to now cause i have my home!!
