Superb Customer Service Outshines Meh Hotels The overall hotel would not have been my first pick but I was very low on funds and time. However, the front desk receptionist...I believe it was Reina or somewhere along those lines...very unique...she was absolutely phenomenal. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even know how to get my door to open when I was struggling. She definitely elevated the establishment with her customer service.

My thoughts on Extended Stay America - North Chest This extended stay needs an update and some oversight...the rooms are old, the TV's are terrible, I recleaned my room feeling concerned, we found liquor bottles in the bedroom drawers, shoes under the bed, the hallways are dark and smelly. The smell of "pot" is everywhere esp outside the doors. My key had to be reset each day. The pluses would be the bed was comfortable and the walls may have been painted fairly recently.
