Arrived at 2. Checkin 3. Charged $25 early checkin No desk clerk available when I arrived for 10 min. Minimal area by dumpster to walk pet - few $25. Old carpeting chipped counters and breakfast was mini muffins granola bars and choice of hot beverages. Bed was well used - very soft mattress. No ice machine but no ice in room freezer. Had to wait for ice cubes to freeze. However staff very nice. But desk managers are away from desk all too frequently assisting clients elsewhere in the hotel

Nightmare Booked a room thru hotels.com , got to the hotel, and the woman at the front desk said there were no rooms available. She is/was the nastiest and worst receptionist I have ever encountered. The WORST!!!

Started with desk help and people waiting to check in in a foul mouthed shouting match. Next was a room with a dirty bathroom, the bed was ‘short sheeted’ and the phone did not work. At about 1:00 am the dog next door started barking for about 1 hour - there was no one in the room to stop him. My husband tried calling the desk about it but the room phone did not work. He then went down to the desk to tell them about the dog and they said ‘oh he always does that when the owners leave him’. Then we went down in the morning to ... read more

I checked in and 5 minutes later I checked out and decided to go somewhere else. Dark large stains on the comforter.

When I got to the hotel they stated that all the rooms were booked and they did not have my reservation in though I already paid for the room. They stated it as Expedia fault. Then when they did give me a room it was a room already given to someone else who was sleeping in bed when I went into this room. I had to be given another room. The entire facility stunk of cigerttes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

STAY AWAY if you actually want to sleep The bed was disgusting .... pillows CRAP OMG the worst hotel experience EVER. The heat was sooo loud and kept cycling on off ALL night so loudly.

I could not stay there any more than 2 nights. I checked out and Expedia charged for 4 nights. I would like a reimbursement for the 2 nights I did not stay.

Loud music and drug use Loud music past midnight. Entire floor smelled like marijuana. Won't be coming back.

Smelly place I didn’t even got to stay because the had assigned the wrong room, ( smoking) , there was garbage in the lobby floor, and the whole place smell really bad , the lady at front was apologetic, but didn’t help my situation
