Room was poorly maintained and smelled musty. Was told I was “upgraded” to a better room, but 99% sure the room I got was what I booked. Stayed on the 2nd floor, which was poorly lit and the hallways smelled terrible (fish, curry, dog, and cigarette smoke). The breakfast that is included consists of coffee, granola bars and muffins only. Bathroom was somewhat updated but grout looked dirty. Bad cleaning My stay would have been great if it, wasn’t for house cleaning doing there job. My room looked clean but woke up to no voice, swollen eyes because a dog or cat being in the room and fur was inside my bed when I woke up, to fur all over me.

Phew A very worn place needs updating I do not have a great sense of smell, but even I could smell it smelled in there

Depressing and Rundown Good location, looks okay from outside, but hotel is dingy, dark and rundown. Very disappointed and annoyed. I thought hotels.com meant some sort of standards—especially for $150. /night.

Scary dirty place I plan in calling the district manager and the corporation. It was horrid!

Terrible, we were assigned a room which was already assigned to someone else, after three trips to the room and keys not working, hotel staff realized its already been assigned to someone else. poor resident woke up in the middle of night to tell us "someone's room" as he heard we are trying to open the door. Cleanliness is horrible, its dust everywhere felt like we were assigned a room, which hasnt been cleaned in years. Worst Hotel ever First waiting to check in then no staff at front desk, then when we finally spoke to on e of the supervisor she gave us a stay on us cert. she was very sorry that we had to go through that....

Staff was really nice, but when we opened the door to our first room we saw multiple roaches and ants. We were given another room and we inspected it pretty thoroughly and only found a dead bug, no live ones. Overall the room still seemed gross. If we weren’t tired and it hadn’t been so late I would not have stayed in this hotel.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! very dirty with no soap or shampoo, do not stay here
