Unfortunately, the “continental breakfast” only had some small muffins in cellophane bags and very bad coffee. I was told “the manager is out picking up some supplies now” - and it was 7:30 am
When we reached there after our long flight journey we were looking forward to a nice kitchen equipped with basic utensils and coffee machine and toaster. But we found they had nothing. When we enquired on the front desk. That man said we are out of them as we are fully booked( I didn’t even see that many cars).we had persons with dietary restrictions and really wanted a fully equipped kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I would highly recommend you, at least in SFO ro call the hotel first and ask for utensil... read more
A lot of tenants that reflect negative impression of the facility but the hotel needs income
Staff was nice but elevator was down had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with bags
Elevator broken. No morning coffee/Breakfast
The sheets were thrown on the bed it was not made
