The room was not clean, the sofa bed mattress was stained and old, customer service agent Jay-Na was helpful, but supervisor Angela was not.

Don't support this location This place is ghetto. It's not a hotel. It's for people that can't rent an apartment. Halls smell like drugs. Back fire door stays propted open at all times so anyone c as n walk in. Homeless or crack heads on bikes riding around parking lot. Staff was bad. Window screen had rip in it where people would smoke in the room.

Never again.... Owner/management need to clean this place up. I would not recommend this place currently. Anyone rating this more than a 3/10 is unbelievable. Room floors were sticky, pull out couch mattress was stained (gross) alot, hallway carpets smell. Room doors are dirty with hand prints and just overall filthy in my opinion. Nightmare stay Room was not cleaned well, no blanket on bed, just sheets, people/homeless living in cars in parking lot, drug use, arguing couples and kids running the halls till 2am

It was close to airport and staff was nice. They also have to go breakfast which was decent. However, there were condoms and trash all over the outside parking lot. There is no ice machine and the pull out mattress was dirty and I had to go downstairs to get towels, sheets, dishes, soap, etc.

Well the staff seemed pleasant enough, the elevator Floor was filthy with what looks like someone spilled a lot of food there was spill marks just below the elevator keys Cheerios on the ground. Parking lot and grounds were un kept random litter, sprinkler system has not been used for a long time. A few of the cars more than four in the parking lot or dilapidated and beat up. The room was fine, I was only here for a night to catch a flight out of OAK first thing next morning. The air in my room was turned down to 60F - it was so cold I hardly slept! This place would be great if you arrived early enough in the evening to turn up the thermostat or were here for several days. But next time I'm driving into OAK late at night for an early flight, I will be sure to stay elsewhere.
