Hotels.com Unconcerned How Travelers Are Treated Booked a hotel through hotels.com, extended stay northwest Oklahoma City. Rhonda at the front desk was incredibly rude. Refused to let me check in before 6, even though i had a reservation that allowed me to check in at 3. Said it s their policy for 3rd party bookkngs. The room wasn't even mopped. We got a room with two beds and a pull-out couch, the pull-out couch was needed for our number of people. We got there late because we're traveling, and there was no sheets pillows or blankets in the room for the pull out couch. The lady at the counter refused to give us any linens for the bed and then threaten to call the cops on me because I ask for corporate's number. Poor customer service from check in to convenience Hotel took 45 min to check in because nobody was at desk and there isn't phone available to call. They only give 2 sets of towels EVEN tho checked in with 2 adults and 2 kids. Doesn't make sense to ask number of people if they won't give towels for anything over 2!!!! They didn't have plates, pans or anything for cooking even tho it's full kitchens with "convenience packages" for cooking in provided kitchen!!!

Upon walking in, the hotel reeked of pot. The desk clerk,Kelly, told me they had no room and were full … even after I told her I had a reservation. I stood firm and was given a room. Mind you it was after 1:00 am, not sure who she was saving that room for. There were 3 people hanging out in the small lobby on their phones.. at 1 am. Odd. Reserved a 2 queen room and they gave us a 1 queen saying they were all booked out. Also didn’t even give us a discounted rate.
