They need fix the bathroom sink, draining so slow in sink, tub won’t let me relaxing since the drain plug stuck it, floor was little grease, not housekeeper clean my room, and hallway smell so bad as weed “ not suppose no smoke “

Smelled horrible, run down

👎 Horrible customer service. Smelled like piss everywhere. No help from management either, only an attitude and no care at all. No hygiene products or sheets or towels at all.

The main reasons I booked this hotel was so that we could cook in the kitchen to save money and not eat out and so that all 5 of us could stay in the same room. But there was no cookware in the kitchen! “No other guest has turned one in” became their montage after I requested a pot from the front desk. What?! When I asked why there weren’t anymore available, they said that guests steal them. Isn’t that why you have to file a credit card with them?!
