I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I stepped in the lobby to check-in I could smell stale smoke. I asked the desk manager to confirm that my room was non-smoking due to allergy sensitivities. He told me the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I could check it out before checking in. The room was on the third floor. We thoughts with were get ting a kitchen but it had no dishes. The cupboards were barw. There was no breakfast as indicated.. carpet in the room desperately needed a o be shampooed. Heading system kept in he room alternately hot and cool making to a miserable nights sleep. We attracted to this hotel for the low rate but didn't measure up.

To make matters worse The room we booked online was sold, so we were placed in a smaller room with a pullout sofa bed for our kids. The linens were damp, the kitchen was not clean and there was s pair of dirty underwear left in the chest of drawers. Additionally the place smelled like stale cigarettes and the elevator was in need of desperate repair. I've left two photos we were displaced from our home due to the city main sewer line backing up.
