Smelly, dark and dingy. Its so dark in the rooms you need to turn on every light to see. No extra pillows, sheets, or blankets for the pull out sofa. I asked the front desk if i could get some and their response was "i dont think so." The carpet was sticky and the entire place had a weird smell. The place is so outdated I wont be staying there ever again. No cups or anything in the kitchen. I found an random sock in the pull out sofa. No fitted sheet on the sofa bed. Horrible experience.

Terrible customer service. I’m traveling from Indiana to Utah and I booked a reservation here to sleep 7 hours before finishing my 14 hour drive in the morning and they turned me away at 1:00am when I tried to check in because I had a trailer that was small enough to fit in a parking spot “because they had nowhere they could park a trailer” while their parking lot was over half empty. Terrible service.

The room appeared to be clean Woke up next morning I didn’t plan on leaving at 7:30 a.m But when you get up and turn the lights on an see roaches crawling on the floor, in the bathroom on the wall in the shower crawling all on the towels, excuse me but no thank you I’m ready to go. Absolutely disgusting! We did not stay the night! This place was absolutely REVOLTING! The reception was nice when we checked in late (Midnight). However, when we pulled out the pull out couch, we had mice droppings all over it. Then we pulled away the regular queen beds covers and there was mice droppings on those beds too. I took a photo to show the front desk and they wouldn't believe me! I asked them to come up and see the room for themselves. Bed sheets are dirty, no trash bin in the room, tv remote was filthy and the room has a mildew smell, I could go on but what’s the point.

Not worth it You must pay a $200 deposit, not told online. Was upset having to give $200 that I wasn’t told about nor was I prepared for it. The front desk lady didn’t want to continue to service me because “she didn’t feel comfortable with my attitude” (my attitude was to be expected and understood for having to give an extra 200 I hadn’t planned for with a stay with 3 kids.
