There was an issue with my Expedia reservation. Instead of calmly explaining to me what happened, Nancy was extremely rude and hostile about the situation. She came banging on my door and barged into the room at 9am. Thankfully I had the bar lock on the door so it didn't open all the way, because my boyfriend and I were sleeping. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable, the staff is rude and inconsiderate, and the place looks like it’s falling apart. Really poor stay. 2/10

If you love the ghetto, you'll love this hotel These extended stay hotels shouldn't be allowed to advertise to travelers; they are mostly section 8 housing for homeless people. Yes they have a refrigerator, but no plates, cups, or silverware. The residents at these hotels are just plain disturbing.

The room smelled like smoke. It worked for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. The fridge made weird noises constantly the room was hot even though turned off the heater
