Wouldn't recommend The air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud all throughout the night. We ordered kitchen supplies from the front desk. Had to call three times to ask why they hadn't arrived. Was told 15 minutes and then had to follow up with them an hour later. When we pulled up, some man was peeing in the driveway entrance of the hotel. Looked like someone the staff knew by the way he walked in and the front desk girl chatted with him.
Air Conditioner not functioning proper. Air conditioning unit controls not working properly.When it did engage it was very noisy.Waked us up every time it came on.Bathroom shower rusty around the drain.
This hotel is in an industrial office park No room available when i checked in. Had to wait 20 minutes for a room. Bed sheet are very cheap This is not really a hotel but more like an apartment
not so good experience Hotel was not very clean. Guest services did not give me the room that I booked and had a confirmation for. They down graded me to a smaller room but I still got charged for a 1 bedroom suite. The room I got did not have any kitchen dishes or silverware, cups, coffee maker. no breakfast included I only booked because it said breakfast included there was no breakfast only coffee
I would expect more from a Holiday Inn.
No comfort and non-cooperative staff. No cleaning, no one comes for cleaning. Staff doesn't co-operate. Breakfast is coffee and juice only. Room was small. Sometimes no staff. Overall bad experience.
It was not that great. No Ameneties and no service
The shower was broken and the bathroom was not that clean. The shower wall had a whole which caused the bathroom to smell
