No room service. They fonot change shower towels, nobody take care room trashes. No place to throw trashes.

descent hotel Hotel was descent. Close by many restaurants and stores. I was shocked to learn they did not do hour keeping

The bathtub was disgusting. It was very dirty with mold, it should be replaced. I don't think cleaning it would help. It was not a clean hotel at all. I would not come back here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The towels had stains and are very old. The bedding also had yellow and brown stains. The breakfast was just granola bars, cheap muffins, coffee and tea. This hotel needs serious updating and remodeling.

Allover was not good. the bed was dirty. the wash room also.

Horrible service I stayed at this hotel for 4 straight days. People at front counter are kind of rude, ask them for clean towels Twice and I never got them, every time I go to the counter nobody was there I have to call the hotel number to get a respond.

I wouldn't recommend it! We stayed at this hotel while our home was being fumigated. We chose this hotel because of the price. We got what we paid for. The front desk was wonderful and got us in to our room earlier than expected. The room and bathroom was a decent size and clean. That's about all I can say that was positive. The room came with a small cook top, but nothing to cook with, so what's the point of taking up all that room with empty cabinets and drawers. Not as advertised. Booked a week and was informed in the middle of my stay that maintenance would need the room to make repairs from 9am to 5pm! When I called them, the front desk said it was for safety reasons - they needed to fix the sprinkler system. Why was I even put in this room in the first place. They could not understand why I was upset about giving up the room for the day. I had to remove all valuables from room and leave ... Rrrrrr

Poorly maintained I made the mistake of not looking at the ratings prior to booking, several maintenance concerns, holes in sheets, stains on comforter, etc. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay at another Extended Stay again.
