AVOID THIS HOTEL My stay was pretty mediocre until the second night. My keycard stopped working and I went downstairs to have it re-keyed and had to wait as there was no one at the "front desk". There was a couple there waiting to check in they said for 30 minutes so I waited with them for someone. Finally a girl arrived and the couple was annoyed and told her they just wanted to check in. Do not stay here This place is horrible. The staff and cleaning crew our not there to of help. It seems that anything you ask for was a burden to them. I would rather sleep in a car than this place

Dislike The front lady was rude when we told her we couldn't get into the room She knew what was wrong and that the battery needed changing but took forever and made us go up stairs and back down for no reason when she could have fixed it in the first place. Never staying here again

Will never go back. The hotel room smell extremely bad. The carpet was wet. The floor had water all over and the worse part the blankets were all dirty. The worse stay ever.

Poorly managed We booked two rooms, but they overbooked and tried to send half our party to another hotel. We only got to stay after agreeing to change the type of room we had reserved. We also overheard another guest being turned away as they were trying to check in and had a reservation. Apparently they don't fully comprehend what the word "reservation" means. Also , in the 2nd room that we had the headboard fell off of the wall, luckily nobody got hurt.

Dirty hotel This hotel is for long-stay purpose. However, the carpet was so dirty, which made people cannot really walk on it. In addition to that, the smell of the room was terrible, especially when someone was cooking in her room, I had to switch on my fan. Cannot believe it.
