Very dirt room. Needs major upgrades. Many burn marks on bathoom sink, toilet seat and bathroom floor

hotel and furniture look old, no room service, no hair conditioner, very thin blankets, and the wifi didn’t work.

Terrible, terrible, and terrible Terrible place to stay. Our room had dirty socks left on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, notified that there was no housekeeping. The "continental breakfast" was a store bought muffin, a granola bar, and coffee. The furniture in the room was so scratched up and old. No one at the desk in the morning to check out. Hotels.com should NOT advertise this hotel.

the room at the extended stay did not offer coffee. We did not even have a glass in the room for water.

Very disappointed with their so called continental breakfast. I could have stayed somewhere else with the same star rating for $40 cheaper! Breakfast consisted of granola bars, muffins, coffee and tea. Not the continental breakfast I have had at properties elsewhere.

This place is going downhill. The room they tried to give us was on the ground floor. The windows were wide open when we entered the room and the room stunk really bad. This hotel has screens on the windows but there were none for this room. We were originally told this was the only rom left. We complained. Another room was said to be available and we took that one. It was better and had screens on the windows. We would not be interested in staying here again unless they make some overall improvements to the condition of the... read more
