A pee dog room The walkway and the room smell like a barn ( dog urine more exactly). The furniture needed to be restored. Our beds never got turned in ones. Because it wasn't refundable we had to stay and hear a dog burking next door and a dog jumping above our room @ 00:30am. Never again going in the place. I still have that smell stack in my brain.

It’s very hard for me to write a property that Yesenia from Extended Stay America John Wayne airport book fraudulently and then had canceled eight hours later because the one that I initially booked was done differently and they to cancel that one also. So I recommend everybody stay away from the Extended Stay America locations because they fraudulently charge your hotel your credit cards and then guest relations will not return your phone call it’s been almost 2 Months. Too much noise from upstairs! We heard every step and their running! My 74 year old sister fell out of the tub!

This was the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life! This building is a disaster!!! The electrical issues there are horable. 1500 characters is not going to be enough. Were exploring our options on who to notify asside from the corporate offices, but we booked here and this is the first stop on the complaints train. Most memorable stay ever, but for all the wrong resons.

Extended stay Huntington not clean The room was not clean. The carpet had visible granules of dirt . There was crumbs on the counter . I was not aware that there was not daily cleaning service . I was told to walk out dirty towels down to exchange them for new towels . The granola bars they had at the breakfast bar were not solid and broken. The last day of check the hall way smelled like an unclean person.
