No Reserve... The staff at the front desk did not have our reservation! We booked & paid through Hotels.com with our CC. Not happy that the staff had no clue. We also needed a ground floor for access due to a Disability & gear we had with us. We were put on the 2nd floor.

Opinionated Review I liked the hotel for the inexpensive price and the length of my stay. However, I feel like the linens could be updated. And even though my room was non-smoking I smelled a faint stench of smoke in the air and I feel like a deodorizer could be used to make the room smell more pleasant.

Everything was fine. Would be good to have information in room about maid service, taking care of garbage, etc. This was our first time at extended stay. Shower curtain didn't fit and rod was sloped down so curtain really didn't help at all. No garbage can for kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful.

My Stay at Extended Stay Clientele were a little sketchy. The bathroom was not as clean. The remote control was very sticky and seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Bug in the bed We only stayed one night, overall the place was nice. We found a dead bug in the sheets of the bed. We called to ask if we could have our sheets changed and they had us go to the front desk to pick up new sheets and change them ourselves. Then when we were leaving there was dog feces all over the floor at the front of the entrance. If your towing a boat or trailer, they have space. Picked this hotel due to lots of parking area for the boat I was towing. Not many hotels in this area have that availability. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
