Hotel is not close to area of activity. A 20 minute drive to HB pier. Nothing around the hotel to walk to. Location is fitting for business visitors rather than tourists. Daily room cleaning is not available, must be requested for a fee. Breakfast is modest (muffins + cereal bars).

It was a very nice place. It had a little more then we actually needed (such as a stove, fridge, but good). We stayed 1 night and it was perfect. Front office people were nice, and they served coffee all night. No breakfast just breads and coffee. For us that was ok. Pretty close to places to eat. Pets allowed, i wish i would have brought mine. :)

Need to work on service Spent day at beach then checked in at 6pm. Receptionist was very rude seemed to be annoyed that we were checking in. Was not polite did not smile. I am hearing impaired so when I couldn't understand her she responded in a frustrated tone. My family and I were too tired and just wanted to get to the room so we didn't complain at first. Told the friendly receptionist in the morning of my issue and she waived my wifi fee. Rooms were great and clean. Service was 50/50

Convenient location. I am handicapped and use a cane. At check-in I was informed my room was on the third floor, this in itself was not a problem, but my room was the last room at the end of the hall and there was only one elevator. This became very difficult as our stay was for four days. The hotel staff (Rosa) was very kind and helpful. The room was adequate for my needs and clean.

Nice location. Close to my sons house. The hotel was close to my sons house and was an easy drive back and forth. Very easy to find. It served my purpose and was reasonably priced. Enjoyed the stay.
