Nice location, but understaffed The front desk people went above and beyond. The cleaning crew however, are doing a poor job doing their actual job. I took all the towels I could find in my hotel room and went around and cleaned the entire floor in my hotel because the entire floor was sticky and incredibly dirty. The real problem lies with the owner of this particular business in Irvine. He’s understaffed and I heard from the workers he mistreats his employees due to his policies.

Bathtub was a little dirty. Carpet around the AC unit was wet, when called to report to the front desk, there was no answer.

Just okay El desayuno era “to go”, muffins, café y chocolate. Había poco personal disponible, entonces cuando necesitábamos algo íbamos a recepción a pedirlo a quien estuviera. Para dormir está bien, pero las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. No hice uso de la cocineta. El aire a veces funcionaba y otras no, pero de nuevo solo usamos la habitación para bañarnos y dormir.

Unfortunately, they were short staffed and rooms were being checkin dirty. Ours had hair in fridge, tub and a disposal razor left on tub side. The main lobby smelled horribly of cigarette smoke even though the whole city is nonsmoking.
