Poor service & don’t care attitude of employees. The rooms have no elevator access, they say it’s ADA compliant but was informed they only have 1 room true ADA compliant rm available. The workers attitude was like oh well we don’t have anything available. The lady who checked in at the same time as me checked out within 20 minutes as well because her room was too cold. Che kin was interupted by man in urgent need of room key. Parking lot had leaky pipe flooding it. room smelt musty and old. Air conditioning did not work properly. TV was old and batteries on remote were dead. not enough towels for 2 people.

The first night was ok, except when I went to take a shower the tub was really slippery. I fell in the tub. Fortunately I didn't get too hurt. At least I didnt think so until the next day when I started hurting. They only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel for 2 people. Came back to our room the next night and found out they didnt clean it. We didnt know they didnt clean rooms unless you stay for 7 days.
