Room was clean.It went down from there.There were no pots pans,silver ware nothing.no coffee maker.if you want these thing you have to make a trip to the desk.No ice machine.If you want ice make your own in ref.takes hrs.no maid service,if you want clean towels you have to take old wet ones to the desk.people put there trash out side of door when baskets are full.looks like a third world

What a disappointing hotel for a 'newport beach' address. Noisy, vagrants living there, no ice maker, no amenities at all.

My room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room.

No toilet paper No bathroom lights Lightswitch/knob not functioning no housecleanig

Staffing was terrible, electric outlet was faulty and risk of hazard. Breakfast bar there were no cups available, quality of customer service was unsatisfactory. I will never go back again to that property. Terrible service!

The first thing I noticed was rust on the fridge. The next thing in noticed was crumbling drywall in the bathroom.but being tired I just tried to go to sleep. I soon learned I was in a drum. The people above me seemed to be running a marathon in thier room. It was very load !!!!

The property was very neglected. Smelt of cigarette smoke when in walked in the door to my room. I walked around wearing socks in the room and after only a little while they were so covered in dirt as if the floors have not been cleaned in a very long time.
