Very dirty, not properly mantained

My room was so dirty I couldn't stay there. Very disappointing

Check the beds!!! The service was great and very accommodating when we had a problem. The room was horrible with a huge stain on the bed of I don’t know what. They did move us to another room, but we ended up checking out after that first night.

a travel nightmare they told me, curtly & rudely, that they had no rooms despite having booked weeks in advance. they offered no help in finding a new hotel, even though i was a traveler alone at night with a dead cell phone and no car, so i was forced to strike out on foot with no map, no direction, with the sun setting and pray i found a place to sleep. worst hotel experience of my life. travel nightmare.

Terrible Hotel 1) lots of food on floor in hallway from 3pm until we checked out that night at 9:30 pm. 2) air conditioning quit working. 3) dirty room. 4) entire hotel smelled awful We finally cancelled our entire stay on day 1. Finding out the air wasn’t working was the last straw and we went to another hotel down the road.

Not recommended The photos of the room we stayed in looked much nicer than the actual room. The entire hotel smelled horribly and was very noisy. Our room was not very clean, a little run down, and had a dead bug the size of a quarter encrusted on the wall. Our room smelled like urine and there was a loud humming noise coming from all of the lights. I would not stay here again.

Could not check in because they could not take cash so that left me without a hotel in a different state late at night
