The location of John Wayne Airport Extended Stay is great for those with kids at UCI. The property is rundown and dirty though, strong animal smells in 2nd floor elevator room. Room wasn't too bad. Ai was a good desk person who was helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable.
There is a strong smell of marijuana in the corridors and sometimes in the rooms, although it says a non smoking area.
