Easy access. Reasonable price for the amenities. Full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top.
Like a lot of Extended Stay hotels there is a lack of ongoing maintenance. The small things get big and require more funds to fix. Hotel is in a business area so quiet at night, and staff was friendly.

Everything great except could get a longer and sturdier curtain shower
Jazzy Weekend I frequent to Hyatt Newport Beach Jazz Festival and I always stay at this Extended Stay and like to size of the rooms and Fridge as it really comes in handy. I was fortunate enough to check in early on Friday which allowed me to do other things before turning in for the night. For the cost I would say it is a good stay.

Internet was down, and the TV was out. Was told it would be back on but never did. The front desk person did ask me if I wanted to cancel my stay, but that would have been hard since I was there.
