The bed skirt was dirty and stained, drapes smelled like urine and the room smelled like smoke.

We needed two rooms to get ready for our wedding, the staff was accommodating with trying to get us two rooms as close together as possible. However the toilets don’t flush very well, it takes a few flushes to actually get everything down (yes even if it’s just pee and tp). Even thought it’s a no smoking facility, on of the rooms smelt heavily of cigarette smoke.

My Experience It was a good stay the only thing is staff is not always at front desk also the remote control for the television did not work properly. Also they charge extra for room service.

Ok overall For the price, I thought it was going to be much better. The hotel is really outdated. It was clean. Beds were not comfortable. There was very limited staffing that you would have to leave the room to go downstairs to exchange dirty towels for clean ones. Breakfast was subpar. Overall I was not pleased with the hotel given the price.

Arrived on 7/29/21 at 8:30pm after a very long day of travel. Tried to check in but there was nobody at the counter. I could hear someone in the back washing dishes but couldn’t get her attention. There wasn’t a bell to ring so I said ‘hello’?? and I knocked on the counter. The girl came around the corner finally after I had waited for 10-15 minutes.
