The property itself is average, safe, mostly clean, and convenient. But the staff is exceptional. They greet guests trying their native language, they are very friendly. They found that I left a charger and called me within minutes after I checked out.

Staffs are friendly, the room is nice and clean. Bad reviewers are expected too much.
Best, Safest Extended Stay I usually walk in⁷to my room before I bring in my luggage. I check TV, Air & heat, working refrigerator& freezer, lights, sink draining & most important I like my tubs. Usually I have to cram a wash cloth into the tub drain to stop up the water. Totally amazing, everything worked!! I travel 2 weeks a month and there is usually 1 thing broken. I n a great part of town!!
