The staff were nice, but they just seemed short staffed. I had to wait about half an hour to check-in and then my key card didn't work. The elevator smelled of weed and there seemed to be this weird balance of people staying for a night versus people that were living there. Old clothes were left in the bathroom and it just seemed really run down.

The customer service was great , Alejandro in the front desk was amazing answer a few questions that we had about the area and made it super comfortable for us, I definitely will be coming back when I have a vacation down here .

Now this hotel is our home away from home when in So. Cal. Our stay last month was perfect, and then again this month too. Super clean rooms and Jay, the manager, and all his staff were great! Looking forward to our next stay!
