The staff was not helpful and not good service. The room was not very clean. The door of the refrigerator was dirty.

Just a nope. It smelled, there was hair in the sheets, no shower curtain in the bathroom. It made me feel gross. I couldn’t wait to leave. The room we were given looked NOTHING like the photo.

Nice on the outside but the rooms are low budget I wouldn't stay here again. Room smelled dusty and whenever any of us used the bathroom the smell drifted to the rest of the room. The bathroom fan needed to be replaced. No fridge in the room. Place was ran like they are used to people stealing everything from the rooms. Stayed four days. No house keeping, no shampoo and body wash. Bath towels have to be exchanged at front desk. Breakfast muffins and oatmeal only. Coffee just for morning, but color lighter than tea. Okay room and facilities, otherwise zero star

We wish it was a nicer hotel with a full breakfast. They didn’t replace towels, or supply shampoo or dishes unless you asked. It felt unclean because of stains and wear. The carpets felt very dirty. There was trash in the hall the 3 days we stayed.

Floor of the room was very dirty, even sticky. It clearly had not been washed in a long time. The so-called breakfast was weak coffee, cellophane wrapped cakes and imstant oatmeal packets.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. Nothing prepared me for how filthy, poorly maintained, and mismanaged this place was. From check-in to check-out, it was one problem after another—and the front desk was completely useless the entire time.
