Their Continental breakfast was nothing. just coffee, hot water and tea. they need to really work on providing eggs, waffles..yogurt, simple items like the other hotels have...very surprised.

Location close to university and airport is convenient.

Foul smelling dog room Hotel presentation is very poor. When we arrived we were asked if we had dogs. They then roomed is in a dog room when we said we don’t have dogs. The room smell was horrific. Finally they put us in to a secondary room. Much better. Quality just wasn’t as nice as other Extended stays we have stayed at in California.

We were unable to check in for our 1st night because of a power outage at the hotel. I spoke with the desk staff & decided we would go to another hotel for the night, but be back for our 2nd night stay. When I called to confirm this the next day, I was told because we didn’t check in the 1st night, our reservation was canceled altogether. I had to re-book the 2nd night, & was only given a comparable rate by joining the hotel loyalty program.
It was a fine place to stay near the airport. I didn’t see any amenities. Nowhere to eat or drink within walking distance except Carl’s Jr. My room did not have a hairdryer, and no one brought one when I asked. The person checking me in tried to explain places of interest, but I was only staying the night so was not interested.

The hotel is in a great area convenient or Irvine which was where we spent our time.

Palamuttam family - graduation 2019 Err conveniently located to UCI, comfortable room, friendly staff, stayed here all the time we visited Irvine.

Very spartan. No maid service on weekends. Burned out light bulbs, noisy bathroom fans.
