Staff was excellent very accommodating. Floor in whole room not clean. Outside of tub not clean black with soot. Toy & lighter under the bed.

Got a room with half cleaned bathroom with wet towels on the floor from previous guest with trash can still with trash leftover. No shampoo and soap front desk clerk extremely unhelpful asked her to deliver the shampoo and soap to my room and she refused

Odor upon walking into the room. Burners took a long time to heat up. Peeling paint on refrigerator doors. Peeling paint outside shower. Peeling ceiling paint in shower. Bed not comfortable. Pillows are flat. Flickering desk and night light. They don’t have a stainless steel option for who are more conscious about their cookware. Breakfast option is a joke. Only positive option is parking which is convenient and ample.

This was not a good dtay. There were dried paint dropping everywhere and when i went to take a shower, the shower head fixture was broken. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and would not recommend this place for people with back issues.

Rooms where half ass cleaned. Check in was horrible. And they still charged me on top of way I booked because they couldn't get me the rooms I reserved. They gave me a key to a room that was occupied already and they had the nerve to charge me for an room that has an extra bed.
