Very Bad Experience The hotel allows smoking in rooms, so the entire building smelt like smoke. They also to not offer hair driers in the room because people steal them. I would not recommend this hotel very dirty and no hair dryers!

Needs total remodel The "free " breakfast consists of coffee and a pre packaged muffin. There are zero amninities, except for free wi-fi. Not even an ice machine. As the name implies, the majority of the guests were long term residents. The room was clean, but the contents were very worn. Torn bed spread, loose lament counter, the carpet, was like walking on concrete. I stayed here while my home was fumigated. They take pets, which is why I picked this place. If you are coming here as a tourist, look elsewhere.

Probably won’t do that again Hotel appeared nice from the outside. Once inside is where the fun began. Not once were any of the floors vacuumed, trash emptied or room tidied up during our stay. I understand they don’t have regular housekeeping but we didn’t see one housekeeper at all. There was homeless people staying behind the hotel, they kept to themselves. One friend that stayed in another room went into his room the first day only to discover that the toilet had not been cleaned. It was very apparent! Both of our rooms ... read more

Eww... Customer service really sucked! Pictures on site are misleading. Smelled like electrical burning in room and found dirty towels folded as fresh clean ones. Yes, it was convenient to go to The Pond, but it overlooks the homeless tent community over there. Which is really a eye sore.

Not clean. Noisy. There is a LARGE homeless camp right behind the fence. The facilities were sub-par. The tub dripped constantly. The rack in the closet was broken, so you couldn’t put anything on it. The room smelled unsanitary. The bedding was stained. The beds were uncomfortable. Even the hallways were littered with trash. The only good things about this hotel were that the staff was friendly, and there was coffee, muffins, breakfast bars and oatmeal included in the cost of the room.
