Cannot be trusted We booked a room with a king-sized bed. We found ourselves with a full-sized bed. When we complained at the front desk we were told the hotel was booked and there was nothing they could do. After complaining through Hotels.com, we got a 15% discount, but since we wouldn't have booked a full-sized bed at that discounted price (or any discounted price, actually, unless there was nothing else in town), it wasn't worth it. The front desk staff was very unfriendly. The lobby was dirty, the hallways and carpets were dirty with trash on the ground. The kitchen counters were sticky and the 2 dining chairs in room were filthy. The room and outside doors card keys worked a couple of time, then we would have them rekeyed numerous times. Front of hotel has no ashtray or trash can. Cig butts everywhere, trash and dog poop. Cat food on ground near lobby entry. Would never stay here again!!!!

After checking in when we got off the elevator right away was hit with the smell of smoke. When we got to our room the smell followed us there. All the rooms showed that the rooms were non-smoking. Tried calling down but the phone in the room wasn't working so had to go back downstairs and I told them of the smell. The guy at the front desk was nice and moved us to a different floor which was way better but when we got back to our later that night it seems as though that smell followed us.

BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION in the building that starts at 7 AM!!! They don't tell you that you WILL be woken up by shouting, banging on the walls, and the sound of hammers.

This hotel was very dirty. No room service unless you pay extra for it. Curtain rod was broken. Reserved room with two beds got a room with one bed and a pullout couch. I will never stay at this place again.

Totally discussing Checked into an old beat up room with a puddle of fresh blood on the floor between the beds. Then a trail of blood around the bed and tears the window. It looked like a crime scene. The bed was made OVER the blood on the mattress. The front desk came up with me to substantiate my claim and immediately moved me to a new room. WOULD MAKE A NICE PET MOTEL/ BLOOD ON THE SHEETS AND THE TV WAS SO DUSTY AND DIRTY IT WAS HARD TO SEE. THE ODOR INSIDE WAS LIKE SOMEONE HAD DIED. STAYED TWO DAYS-- NO MAID SERVICE. FRONT DESK STAFF WOULD NOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT BIT THEM ON THE NOSE. IMPLOSION WOULD BE KIND.

The facility was dirty! There was a bag of dog pooh at the entrance. food and trash was in the stair well. The room smelled of urine. I will not ever come back to this facility! It was absolutely disgusting.

Good location, that was it... Hotel room had not been updated. Dirty walls and door, refrigerator was old and rusty, t.v remote control did not work, bathroom sink clogged, shower rod falling off the wall... Seemed like it was an apartment complex after hearing “neighbors” talking in the hallway...
