As soon as we walked in we could feel an uncomfortable vibe about this place. There were people who appeared to be under the influence in the lobby and very unclean. As we got to our rooms we noticed how dirty everything was. We then called a different hotel and walked out within 15 minutes of walking in. We will never ever book an Extended stay again!!!

Stop was completely rude and lost my booking information try to kick me out the day before I was supposed to have check out then also refuse to let me pay for another night with no reasonable explanation

Dirty room and property.room was not even cleaned the next day after we got there

Gross. The room and lobby smelt awful, but particularly the room. Looks nice on the outside, but inside it was bad.

Very unsatisfactory. I would not return to this hotel. The only upside was the location. Walking distance to a Starbucks

The coffee machine was broken so there were no breakfast. Just got a muffin and oat meal for breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!

Worse hotel I have every stayed at. When I checked in, the front desk attendant told me there is no housekeeping so no one will clean our room/fix our bed, band if I needed items to go to the front desk myself and ask for them. The free breakfast was definitely important to me and my partner so we could go to Disneyland full and spend less money on food in the park. The free breakfast included granola bars, muffins, and coffee. This was not enough food to hold us for even an hour at the park! We had to spend additional money... read more

non smoking hotel but yet nothing for the smokers to properly dispose of their "butts" all over the grounds. cops cruise by regularly. pet friendly (love that) but irresponsible pet owners do not pick up after their pets. outside door, card key wouldn't work; other guests showed me just to yank on it-it'll open. elevators: button seem to have been super glued or ??. had to press it just right. the holder for the permits was held together with duck tape. for a hotel that was $350.00 for 3 nights, a little disapointing
