No tv services, room was dirty. Would not stay again.

This hotel was nasty. I will never stay at this hotel again. I travel alot with my work. I have never stayed in a hotel that dont have an Ice Machine or pins and paper or a ice bucket in the rooms. The TV only got 3 channels. This place needs a upgrade bad. Its a shame because its in the perfect location. I will never stay there again. Im sorry.

Carpets had burn holes and smelled like urine. Furniture was broken with veneer peeling off. They only gave me 3 hangers - I had to plead for more. Their "high speed internet" was not high speed at all. Had to pay an extra $15.00 for a decent connection.

bad hotel Walking into the lobby It did not feeling welcoming straight off the bat. There was nobody at the desk. When wanting to check-in I was told I was unable to do so, because I was not 21 years of age, but I was able to reserve it?? Walking into the room, it was very disappointing. The room was HORRIBLE. The bathroom was not clean, still had an old used bar of soap and paper in tub. ZERO kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc as advertised. Lamps weren't working. Angela, at the front desk, was the only positive thing going for this hotel. I asked for extra pillows and to be on the 4th flloor and neither happened!
