The room smelt like urine, our feet stuck to the floor and the hallway smelt aweful!!

There was no one behind the reception desk when I arrived, I waited 25 mins to have a very rude young man check me in. The room is very outdated. The bathroom sink and tub have rusty drains and stains. There was dust/debris and dirty tissues under bed. The sheets while they appeared to be clean were very wrinkled.

this hotel is just dirty, old and lacks services that normal hotels offer. For instance, to get new towels you have to take your existing ones down to the front office. Really? Its a towel.

This propety needs updating. The halls smell hortible, staly and old. Bathroom sink has mold every where. Never stayed in a hotel where there is no lobby bathroom for guests or a coffee pot in your room. Dishes have to be requested and do not provide enough items that you need for cooking. No cleaning as costs extra and dogs every where. Waiting for district manager to call me today. Will never ever stay in tbis hotel or recommend to anyone. Property smelled and not very clean . Staff was very friendly and nice . Just didn’t like actual hotel.

Dirty hot mess! It is the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. It smelled literally like dog piss. In our room there were bugs found on the bed and crawling around the floor. I will never stay with this hotel ever! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Honestly surprised people would even stay here! I got a refund and stayed at the best western. Our room there was CLEAN and made me feel at home.
