Eww... Customer service really sucked! Pictures on site are misleading. Smelled like electrical burning in room and found dirty towels folded as fresh clean ones. Yes, it was convenient to go to The Pond, but it overlooks the homeless tent community over there. Which is really a eye sore.

Not clean. Noisy. There is a LARGE homeless camp right behind the fence. The facilities were sub-par. The tub dripped constantly. The rack in the closet was broken, so you couldn’t put anything on it. The room smelled unsanitary. The bedding was stained. The beds were uncomfortable. Even the hallways were littered with trash. The only good things about this hotel were that the staff was friendly, and there was coffee, muffins, breakfast bars and oatmeal included in the cost of the room.

Complete Disaster Very disappointed with this hotel. As soon as we pulled up, it was obvious we wouldn’t be staying the entire 5 days we had planned. There were transients hanging out front, transvesties walking up and down the side of the hotel. Definitely not what you want your kids to see. We decided to check in for the night since it was already late in the evening and when we got up to the room we had been assigned, the room was a disaster. It looked like someone was still staying there or they hadn’t cleaned up the roo... read more

Family trip to Disneyland The hotel had a kitchen, which I wanted, but did not have any pots, pans, or dishes in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for the things, was told that they did not have anymore pots. The stove in my room also did not work, so was moved to a different room. However, the front desk forgot to put it in their system, so they kept giving my new room to other guest. Had two people trying to get into my room. The front desk finally sent a security guard up to my room and asked that I come down... read more

Needs update The room card they issued wasn’t working, I have to go down again the front desk to have it fixed, ofcourse with all my stuff. The room was dirty, hallway looks gloomy. I asked for an extra pillow. The guy laughed and said they ran out of pillows. Bed was uncomfortable.

Dirty rooms The only reason they have 3 stars is because people give them high ratings for convient location. The rooms are dirty and the hotel smells of cigarettes and pot. There's a homeless encampment behind the hotel and they use the parking lot as a shortcut to get to the street.
