The filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. They had me sign for non-smoking but the entire building felt like an ashtray including our room. The bathroom floors were sticky and bath was leaking all night. The TV remote was so dirty and sticky I wouldn’t even touch it. Everything was falling apart and broken. This hotel should be shut down.

Worst experience Hotel corredors smells to mariguana, Drug dealers around the hotel, many strange people, my 5 year old girl find a condom and a Vaseline down the bed, floors stained with blood and dirty, blood in pillow, not recommended to anyone

Only the moment I get there, am I called to be told the AC doesn't work in my room. Then the only other room available is by Disneyland! I'm on business trip, not vacation! Nor do I want to go through the tourists to go ANYWHERE! Flying in from Chicago, then driving to this location was only good because I had my room to look forward to. Then I had to search for another room in my needed area until MIDNIGHT! Terrible to leave a customer hanging!

Not Staying Here Again Not very clean. Front counter often not staffed when we went there. No hangars in room. Bad smell throughout hotel. No "do not disturb" signs. Found empty Skoal tins, napkins, half-used water bottles a baby sippy cup on the floor while plugging in a phone charger. Bed was fine. Kitchen was clean. Bathroom was fine. OK wi-fi but free version was slow and you had to pay extra for faster speeds. I didn't like the fact that then i arrived to check in at night, there was a big puddle around toilet, we tried calling the front desk but the phones didn't work. So we went downstairs to change rooms. New room phone didn't work as well. But no towels. When we went to ask for towels, we were told that they are still drying. And front desk said they checked old room for leak she basically called me a Liar. Saying only a small amount of water, almost nothing. 2nd day, our keys no longer worked. Hotel Not recommended ! Hotel needs renovation, and more customer service staff, I wasn't satisfied with the general service that they provide during my stay. Check-in wasn't easy they give me a bad room at the beginning with an old and dirty carpet, room smelled really bad, they need put more attention and effort on cleanliness. We have to change and move to a new room, then we have to wait a few hours to get all the kitchen utensil to be delivered to our room, also we have been dealing with a long wait to get clean towels ... read more
