The woman who checked us in was very nice and friendly. The bathroom was dirty, the sink was clogged. The guy in the morning was a mess, his hair was as if he rolled out of bed his shirt was very dirty from food drops very unprofessional.

The hotel advertised breakfast included. All they give is coffee and instant oatmeal. They shouldn't say they offer breakfast.

Supplies? The hotel was nice, but finding out I need to ask for kitchen supplies AND shampoo after I'm in the room and the shower was a bit of a disappointment. At least let guests know these things at check in and maybe provide a service to bring the things to the room.

The front desk girl was so kind and helpful she is definitely an asset. If they did some minor room upgrades the hotel would be alot better but it wasnt bad for a quick overnight stay.

There really wasn't much I liked about the property other than a place to sleep. The level of cleanliness does not exist except for the lobby, which again is questionable. The furniture is outdated, the hallways and elevators stink, and there is really no great options as far as "amenities". Small amount of channels on tv, no gym, no pool. Just very nonchalant. I will not be staying here again.
