The room wasn’t clean. Floor in bathroom was sticky and carpet didn’t feel clean when barefoot. TV remote was missing. Staff quickly provided a remote. The lightbulb above stove was burned out. Shower faucet was leaking.

Excellent value. Immaculately clean. Large room. Full-sized refrigerator/freezer. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Walking distance to Honda Center, OldTown Orange, and Chapman University. Many restaurants nearby. Free parking.
