hideaway Front desk people great the room was great except for the fact that the bathroom didn't have a fan up in the ceiling no fart fan is no bueno it overall everything is clean comfortable and really nice I go back there in a heartbeat

The only slight issue we encountered was that I checked in before my husband arrived and I was asked if someone else would be in the room with me. I said yes and I gave his same and it appeared that the clerk typed my husband’s name into the computer. But when my husband arrived about 30 min later he was not listed so he had to wait for me to be contacted in order to receive a key. The phone in my room wasn’t working so it took a bit for me to be reached and speak to clerk to give my husband through and get a key.
