The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke from the moment you walked in, all the rooms smelled the same, the carpet was incredibly dirty, the shower filled with water because it didn't drain properly, and there were cockroaches on the walls.

Everything, the room i booked the did not have available. The phone to call front desk was on silent, it has a strong smell of weed.

I didn’t expect much but what I DID expect was, NO BUGS! However that’s just what we got There were bugs in the bathroom that appeared to be coming from the bathroom sink drain. In the morning after getting out of bed, there was one IN the bed!!! Yuk!! Spend a little more. Lesson learned !!

My stay was very disappointing and unacceptable. I arrived around 11pm with a confirmed and prepaid reservation and was told at check-in that the hotel was overbooked. This has never happened to me before. When a reservation is confirmed and paid for, availability should be guaranteed.
