BEWARE there is a 30 minute timer on the air conditioner so the hotel saves money. If it wasn't for that I'd book again. They lost 3 stars for comfort.

The hallway had a foul odor, and there were roaches in the room.

I was unable to stay here. I went to front desk to check into my room, but, The not so nice obese lady at the front desk told me im not welcome to stay there anymore due to a felony on my record from 2017. Keep in mind, I've been staying at this location for over ten years when i come into town for work. I've never known a hotel to do background checks on guests after they reserve and pay for their stay. I do not recommend staying here at this hotel.

The hotel has roaches and the manager lied about it in her report after I made her aware. The woman at the front desk informed me that the hotel has issues with roaches because people live there and everybody is not clean. The lady told me she could give me roach bait, which I never received. I asked her if they could compensate with a free night, and then I was told she would speak with the manager for a voucher to use but it would have to be for a different location. Never stayed here contacted hotel .com and hotel was never reimbursed there was a glinch on app and booked me 2 rooms on same night as i paid for a glich in app never heard back from anyone horrible customer service as i dod not book this one lost money yl this
