The staff was great but everything else about the property was horrible. The hotel needs a full remodel. Our room and hallway smelt like mildew/mold. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The carpet is old and dirty. The pool area needs an update, loungers are stained and dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Meh hotel, close to the convention center Hotel was super close to the convention center and the huge ferris wheel, which was fantastic. The room itself was large, but dated. It had a kitchen, but no cups, plates or utensils...you have to order them from the front desk. Bathroom had 2 towels and a bar of soap...no shampoo. This is not what I have come to expect from this hotel brand at other locations around the USA.

Mold, Mildew, Disgusting! There was mold all over bathroom ceiling and shower curtain. The mildew smell overtook the whole room. Bed had not be changed and was disgusting. Pretty nasty place for being in a nicer tourist area near Universal.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. We found two empty water bottles and a deodorant under the bed. There was a stain on the pillowcase and areas of the bathroom could’ve been clean better

I prefer an end room on the top floor for peace and quiet. I asked for and was assigned the same 3rd floor end room I stayed in earlier in the month. The room on the previous stay had no microwave, the towels were threadbare, the bathtub backed up when showering, and the curtains did not close adequately to keep out the parking lot security lights. I found hair on one of the supposedly fresh pillowcases. The carpet needed a deep cleaning. Second visit: still no microwave, curtains not fixed, no clothes hangers. The sheets on... read more

O staff do hotel é bacana, porém não fazem a limpeza diária do quarto, fiquei lá por 5 noites e não limparam nenhuma vez, os utensílios da cozinha tem que ser requisitados, a roupa de cama aparentava não estar lavada, carpete com manchas e o pior de TODOS os problemas a banheira estava entupida, daí SEMPRE acumulava água ao tomar banho, isto foi péssimo

Dis not luke this property at all!! Was overbooked, people eating everywere, kids running all over the place.
