Terrible experience, can't believe it This was the worst hotel stay experience we have had. I can't believe we paid @237.35 for 2 nights stay at this crappy place. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The property appears to be poorly maintained. My room was unacceptable: the towels and sheets were dirty, there was a significant amount of hair in the room, and a pervasive smoke odor. These unsanitary conditions forced me to check out after only one night.

Not great Had five travelers and only four towels, when asked for towels was told had to bring dirty one and exchange. No hair dryer, utensils, toaster in room. Had to beg desk. Had to go get toilet paper. Hallways smelled.

Horrific Place The room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and weed. There was a shower cap on the fire detector. The bathroom was dirty and swamped with cockroaches. The sheets on the bed were definitely not washed. I booked the room for 2 nights but checked out at 6am after the first night. The front desk person could not print me a receipt and said the manager will email me one later. Of course that didn’t happen. I emailed the hotel twice just asking for a receipt - but was ignored.

Room had an odor. Couldn't get additional blankets. One front desk person to run the hotel leads to really slow or non existent service.

i already speak with expedia representative .hotel is very dirty .!. its not like you show on the photos shod be removed from Expedia beacose its not what you show on the photos . Its ridicules i come for convention and have VERY BAD experiences with this dirty room.very dissatisfied of this stay i pay for this hotel 1673.09 and waiting for compensation . also i will do comets on social media and other side to avoid this situation for anyone . waiting for you response .

At the time of our stay, our room was infested with roaches. They were everywhere and all sizes. Sofabed mattress was filthy and could feel all the wires and springs. Checked out asap.
