For starters the floor was so NASTY, like it’s never been mopped, there was a big ball of hair in the bathroom, like matted hair. The AC didn’t work to begin with so we asked to be moved which she did agree to move us but when we got back to the room after going to icon park it was working fine and we didn’t want to move everything yo another room so we told her we weren’t going to move but the next morning a maintenance man tried to come into the room to fix it so I’m assuming she didn’t change it in the system. My family and i were being harassed the whole time and we did 2 nights never again
The hotel had trash in the hallway and smelled disgusting and oil in the elevator
it say breakfast was included but it was "not" only coffee and $.50 muffin available.
