Good location not too bad for the price compared to the rest of the hotels in the area. the room had a funky smell, somewhat like humidity. we put an air freshener by the AC to have the smell go away a bit.

Check in was confusing. Front desk not very attentive to my inquiries. Seemed like I was interrupting them. Had trouble getting second room, yet was already booked. Confusing but straightened out hours after checking in and purchasing at full price. Extremely noisy and not very clean

There is no cleaning everyday I think I know reasonably hotels around the world and have never seen a hotel that does not clean the rooms when you stay less than 7 nights, I find it annoying to get a tired ride and have the room untidy.

Family vacation Comfy,quite, very close to all disney parks, and restaurants,the only thing we didn't like was that we had to pay extra if we wanted room service other then that everything was great .

Nice room with a full kitchen. The problem is that you have to ask for everything in the Front Desk. They should have at least cups in the kitchen. And the mattress is too hard.

Close to Disney. Shuttle to epcot is convenient. Staff was somewhat rude and hotel seemed rather run-down and old.
