Yuck never again Where should I begin when I got to my room it it smelt, musty and moldy. Once you turned the AC and it got worse my husband went to take a shower the tub wouldn’t drain. He was standing in half of his calf full of water. Went downstairs they switched us rooms went into the new room and it smelt like weed. The hallways smelt like trash. La habitación que me asignaron la cama estaba llena de moho al igual que otras habitaciones que les tocó a mis otros familiares, había mucha humedad y ese olor era fuerte. El elevador es muy bien y no funciona bien por momentos se siente que se va a caer! Aunque la atención de parte de la recepcionista no fue mala, el desayuno fue horrible, galletas y pequeño cupcake empacados, el café era muy malo. La experiencia casi en su totalidad fue mala a excepción de la buena atención de las recepcionistas!

The bathroom was outdated. There were no mats or carpet. The floor got wet after showering and was cold. No glasses were provided. The to-go breakfast was literally packaged muffins and coffee. The key card only worked after many tries. I would not recommend Extended Stay.

The floor wasn't very clean, there was no way to walk without shoes..

All the beds were made but there were no linens for the pull out sofa. Checked the closet nothing there.
All of the hotel smells very bad. There’s a musty smell.
Liked that it had a small kitchen. But nothing to cook with. Phone did not work. Trying to find someone to ask for cokking was hard. There was always a sign at front desk that someone would be back.
Very disappointed. The property had sign saying it was going through renovations and it was obvious it was not complete. There was little to no advertised hotel amenities. The room had no dishes, pots, pans or appliances except microwave and refrigerator with a two burner stove top with nothing to use for it. There was always only one staff member on duty during our stay so getting assistance with anything took a great deal of time. Do Better. Staff is wonderful. But hotel….. The only thing that was good in this place was the service, I specifically chose this place because it said it provides BREAKFAST… the only thing I smelled was coffee n breakfast area was completely empty, I understand remodeling but it would be nice if I was told before hand not when I arrived.
