Unclean hotel There was rat poop in our first room they gave us and it looked like no one had cleaned that room in a while. Walking to our room it smelled like cigarettes when it was supposed to be non-smoking. The staff was friendly, but that’s about the only positive I can draw from the stay.

Slept without a pillow Booked a junior suite for my husband and I and our two daughters (1 double bed, 1 pull out couch). There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. When we requested them, we were asked to come to the front desk. Then we were told there were only sheets and blankets available. You book a room for 4, but they only have enough pillows for 3. This hotel smelled very bad, had roaches Expedia need to complain and never use this hotel, the breakfast was a few muffins and there were roaches everywhere, we have used this hotel chain before but never in the condition of this hotel. This hotel had water leaking from the ceiling in the hall way, roaches everywhere, smelled very bad and no staff at the front desk to ask for change.

Roaches in my room. Front desk said “sorry “. No attempt to correct issue. Could not keep food in my room

Oven did not work, sofa bed would not fold up, dirty towels in the shower when we arrived, window in room wouldn’t open, ran out of coffee at the complimentary breakfast.

The thieve hotel The staff of the hotel stole our belongings. We spoke to the management to solve the problem, but found no help. If you have to stay at this place make sure you leave nothing in the room if you leave out for the day, because that is what we did. As we came back in the evening all our belongings was taking out of the room by the hotel staff. Took our money then gave our room away We paid for our King size with pull out couch room in advance. Even called on day of check-in and spoke with Olivia to advise we would be a late check-in. Olivia confirmed everything was good. When we arrived we had no room. Olivia sent us to the sister hotel next door, assuring us they had our accommodations for 3 adults. First night was good. Extending the stay was a mis First night was great. I checked out and thought I was leaving but hours later needed to stay. I had such an easy experience I booked again. It was a nightmare. What angered me the most is I asked forbthe same room and got it. Room looked ok.nothing was changed out because the same towels were there and I know that because there was one I tokd myself to not grab.
