No towels no soap at least there was a roll of toilet paper strong odor like cooking oil windows wouldnt lock ( first floor )

Room was dirty got moved to another room sheets dirty and they had bed bugs! We couldn’t stay there

Roaches, no ice, bad smell , mildew on walls, ugh!

I was s in 3rd floor. The floor was uneven. It shook every time you walked, sat on the couch,. The stairs right infront of the elevator shook when git to tge third floor. Part of tge tub was deep and half was high. The tub leaked water after showering. I repotrted it to the front desk no one did anything about. The refridgerator made a popping sound. I di not feel safe bescause of how unsterdy the floor was.

BEWARE OF THE EXTENED STAY I arrived Monday July 2nd (2) rooms total, it was a horrible experience from the start. Walking down the hall to check into the room we see 2 cockroaches. Disgusting! Get in the rooms use toilet paper roll. No working hot water. Paid $112 per night for a headache. Front desk got a complaint about someone smoking cigarettes on the second floor and asked if it was us, I don’t even smoke cigarettes. 2 days in a row a phone call at 830 in the morning then they came and banged on everyone’s door to sear... read more

Roaches Rooms smell like dirty wet laundry. The bathroom sink was clogged, and there was a dead roach on the floor. The hotel feels very ghetto, there were large groups of people hanging out in the parking lots and at the hotel entrance. Empty beer bottles and trash left at the entrance and I saw several young guys hanging out by the entrance they looked and acted very much as being high. Not a place to bring your family.
