La habitación no estaba limpia, el aroma dentro del sitio fue bastante deplorable, las instalaciones en general estaban en un estado poco agradable Solo destaco la persona que hizo nuestro check in y check out fue muy amable. Pero el sitio en malas condiciones

This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. Rude staff and appalling conditions/cleanliness. Walking in, I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. Overflowing trash cans and carpet stains every few feet. I then waited at the front desk for several minutes to be checked in (the lobby was empty) by a thoroughly disinterested and unhelpful desk attendant. Disgusting to the max The front desk woman was ignorant and telling me she didn't have access to print my receipt for our check in and immediate check due to the room being disgusting and said that I had to contact hotels.com for my refund.

Disappointing Stay I was initially impressed by the hotel's exterior, which looked well-maintained and inviting. However, the positive impression faded as soon as I stepped inside. The lobby was poorly maintained, with cockroaches scuttling around the seats—an unsettling sight. Unfortunately, the room was no better. I have photos and videos. I had 4 rooms for my staff and students to stay in. We traveled from Jacksonville and had a late check in. The hallways were full of trash and grocery carts on each floor. The rooms were infested with roaches. One room had marijuana and paraphernalia in it. My first room had no a/c, broken toilet, unmade beds that had no pillows on them. I’m going to need a refund or something.
